COVID 19 RESPONSE PLAN
In Person Appointments:

• If you choose you can call when you arrive and we can let you know when to come in.
• Otherwise COME ON IN!
• We ask that only 2 clients per patient scheduled come inside for the appointment.
• All Clients MUST wear a mask while inside the exam room.
• We ask that clients attempt to maintain proper social distancing.
• In room check-out is available upon request
• PLEASE BE PATIENT AS OUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE IS VERY FULL. 

 Tele-Vet appointments: 

• We also offer Tele-Health appointments through the BFVH TeleVet App.
• This allows you remote access to one of our veterinarians or nursing staff, where you can chat via phone, text or video chat and, also send pictures or videos showing symptoms.
• Simply click on the "GET HELP FROM HOME" link at the bottom right corner and download the Android or Apple app.
• If you need assistance, please call our front desk staff can walk you through the process.
